Fall Transition + Free People Clogs Outfit

TUNIC: Lush, similar (less spendy)| SHORTS: J.Crew | SHOES: free people, similar (less spendy)| EARRINGS: stella & dot | NECKLACES: lafayette, aldo, similar tassel necklace | BRACELET: unavailable, similar | FITBIT WRAP BRACELET: Tory Burch + fitbit | NAIL COLOR: OPI

You gals would be amazed at the amount of time I spent searching for the perfect fall shoes this weekend.  I had a photo shoot with Marie Claire (!!!) on Sunday so I needed a fall outfit (for the November issue).

I fell completely head over heels with these clogs that sold out almost immediately upon arrival to Nordstrom (they are now backordered but in my experience with Nordy’s, my backordered goods arrive well before the expected date).  This is my first ever pair of wood-soled clogs and I’m pleasantly surprised at how comfy they are (wore them running errands today).  Looking forward to wearing them with skirts, dresses, skinny jeans, leggings, and flared jeans this fall/winter.

Another new-ish favorite thing I’m wearing is this tunic.  I have it in black and white.  I can already tell it’s going to be one of my go-to versatile basic blouses because it’s very flattering and long enough to cover my bum when I’m wearing leggings.

The weather here is still quite warm but I’m enjoying incorporating fall-ish pieces as we inch closer to that glorious season.

Linking up with What I Wore Wednesday.
