I cared for my skin from the inside out with Aveeno® Active Naturals as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars #Aveeno. All opinions and adventures are my own.
babies big boys love the sun as much as I do–which is great because we live in Denver where the sun shines approximately 300 days a year.
The spring/summer days of lounging by the pool, hiking, biking, festivals, day camps and playing is as much of a vacation for me as is for them.
I feel so blessed to be able to “summer” like a kid again.
I am also extremely grateful for the products that help keep our skin protected so that we can soak up the sun without having to worry about the damaging effects of the sun and dry climate.
Aveeno® Baby Continuous Protection® Lotion Sunscreen combines ENVIROGUARD™ Technology, which maintains broad spectrum SPF 55 protection over time, with skin-soothing ACTIVE NATURALS® Colloidal Oatmeal to care for my
baby’s big boy’s delicate skin. The non-greasy, fragrance-free, natural oatmeal formula helps prevent moisture loss and is water resistant for 80 minutes.
Now all these hours of fun in the sun also mean that I need to keep my skin moisturized all day lest my skin get all dry and ashy looking. Aveeno® Sheer Hydration Lotion has me covered all day long. Not only is it naturally hydrating, it is also ultra-sheer and absorbs into skin in seconds without leaving any greasy residue on your skin. Ever ended up with grease spots on your clothes because of your lotion? Me too and it’s not cute.
Aveeno® is so confident in how their sheer hydration lotion compares to other lotions that they invented the “tissue test” so you can see the difference for yourself. I did it myself and it was enlightening.
So go out and play like kid–no worries because your skin is literally covered. Enjoy!
