364286_Shabby Chic + TOMS Collaboration! See what we've come up with!

celebrated.

My dh had a birthday yesterday and so I threw him a little dinner party at our house.

We drank beer, wine, wine spritzers, and cocktails.  Had cheese and crackers, chips and dip, and fancy pigs in blankets for appetizers (except I used little smokies and those crescent recipe creations sheets).

Ate Chicken & Waffles for dinner.  The waffle mix was Organic Cornmeal Pancake & Waffle mix from William Sonoma and they tasted heavenly (thank you Amy for letting me borrow the waffle iron).

I put together this little centerpiece with a dart board, my son’s police car, a candle, and 2 cards that reveal his age.
And cheesecake was his dessert of choice.
Instead of creating a party playlist, I asked my husband what song he wanted me to create a Pandora station with and he chose “Juicy” by Notorious BIG.  It was good times.
One party down and three more to go for January.  Next up is my high school dance team reunion sleepover on Friday and then a Family Tree themed baby shower the following Sunday.
