Last week, I started an awesome pilates class for an hour and I was tempted to skip it this week because I just felt so overwhelmed with everything I needed to do. After missing the Tuesday class, I made myself go on Thursday and I am so so happy I did. Working out is my best form of “me” time and the movement and meditation is therapy for me.
So, time selfishly spent toning my body and making me feel like me is not a waste of time. Lesson learned.
